When you close your account, we will delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, except where we are required to retain it for legal, regulatory, fraud prevention, or legitimate business purposes.

Screening Reports: Consumer reports and screening data are subject to special retention and disposal requirements under the FCRA and FACTA and must be properly destroyed when no longer needed.
